Happy with Mazda SA and Mazda Midrand

Postby YSHVR » Fri Sep 23, 2016 8:28 am

2 compliments:

1. Mazda Midrand:
Refer my post (Fri Sep 23, 2016 8:03 am ): viewtopic.php?f=35&t=17005#p159672

2. Mazda South Africa:
After commenting on their facebook page on the level of service I have received, and also providing constructive criticism on areas where I feel they can improve, Mazda SA recently thanked me for my contribution by providing me with a gift box containing:
- 2 Mazda mugs
- Mazda back pack
- Mazda mini cooler bag
- Leather key ring
I am glad to see that Mazda SA really values constructive customer input.
Also, they engage with clients - unlike some German brands who just copy and paste generic replies....

The Fury Group has improved a lot. I see many familiar faces at Fury Witkoppen in Rivonia. Ryno Smit WM, Juanita du Preez warranty clerk and two techs ex Germiston.

MSA's MD Dave Hughes and his team have achieved "the impossible made possible" by putting Mazda back on the map in SA.

Glad you are happy & received great service.
